"RQM built our home in Chenal Valley in 2017. We had such a positive experience we would do it all over again if the right lot came along. Every request was granted with ease, even the tough ones! We looked at so many new homes before deciding to build that we knew what cutting corners looked like and you will not see that in our RQM home! One of our most talked about features is one that came from Russ (motion activated lights in the master bath.) Russ and Caleb were always there when we met with sub-contractors to make sure that we knew exactly what was going on. That is something I really appreciated as my building process knowledge was minimal at best. People still drive by our house, roll down the window, and ask "who built your beautiful house?" RQM did, it is fantastic!"
