In order to best serve you, we feel it is imperative that you are made aware of, and fully understand our application policies and procedures.
Each adult over the age of 18 years is required to submit an application. The Application Fee is $50 per applicant and is a Non-Refundable Fee. Before you apply for the home, read the following information carefully concerning the approval process. If you have any questions, contact our Leasing Coordinator.
Approval is based on Several Factors:

- Credit History & Verification
- Rental History & Verification
- Income History & Verification
- Employment History & Verification
- Criminal Background
- Pet Criteria
Pay your $50 Application Fee through your Venmo App.
Please read this document carefully before signing. It is the policy of this management company that applications must be complete and the non-refundable $50 application fee submitted prior to review and consideration. All completed applications are processed on a daily basis (Mon-Fri, excluding Holidays). All completed applications for the same property may be submitted to the landlord for final decision.
Required Supportive Documentation:
- Valid Driver’s License or other Photo ID for each Residential Lease Application submitted
- Verifiable Proof of Income (2 months of pay-stubs or 2 years of tax returns if you’re self-employed and receive an IRS1099 Form) – (Note this is not a copy of your bank account)
- Verifiable Cash Reserves (2 Months of Bank Statements)
- Completed Pet Screening Profile (Required by all Applicants); Pet Screening Profile
PET SCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS:
A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our Pet, No Pet, and Assistance Animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a “no pet” profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized Pet, No Pet, and Assistance Animal policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. Number of Bedrooms – 1 Number of Occupants – 2
Number of Bedrooms – 2 Number of Occupants – 4
Number of Bedrooms – 3 Number of Occupants – 6
Upon Approval: Once you have been notified of your recommendation for approval you will receive an email to provide your required hold Security Deposit. Upon RQM Homes receiving your Security Deposit, the property will stay on a temporary hold while we write your lease. The lease will be sent out for the agreed-upon move-in date through for you to review and sign online. You will have 48 hours to review and sign the lease once it has been sent to you. After the lease has been signed, we will take the property off the market. Once all move-in funds and fees have been paid we will provide your keys at the leased property on the morning of your lease start date.
